Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive Inside Sales professional to support Nucleus Software’s New Logo sales efforts across SEA. This role will focus on outbound prospecting, initial lead qualification, and providing routine back-office and contracting support to overseas field sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Outbound prospecting and cold calling to target accounts in assigned territories; build pipeline for field sales.

Conduct initial qualification of inbound and outbound leads using BANT/MEDDPICC-style criteria and CRM.

Schedule and coordinate discovery/demo meetings for overseas New Logo sales reps; manage calendars across time zones.
-
Prepare and maintain accurate lead/contact/account records and activity logs in CRM (Salesforce preferred).

Draft and manage routine sales documentation: NDAs, LOIs, quotes, SOW templates, and standard contracting paperwork in coordination with Legal/Contracts.

Support pricing requests, track approvals, and ensure timely submission of proposals.

Coordinate with product, customer success, and delivery teams for RFP/RFI responses and pre-sales materials.

Follow-up on outstanding proposals, gather feedback, and update stakeholders on pipeline status.

Provide regular reports and KPI updates (calls, qualified leads, conversion rates, pipeline value).

Continuously improve outreach messaging, playbooks, and qualification scripts.
Required Qualifications:
-
3–5 years’ experience in inside sales, sales development, or sales operations supporting enterprise software, fintech, or regulated B2B solutions.

Proven cold-calling / outbound prospecting experience with consistent quota attainment or pipeline contribution.

Should understand the BFSI Domain. Experience in Lending and Transaction Banking is preferred

Understanding of local cultures, some of the languages across SEA is highly desirable
-
Experience with CRM Systems is desirable.

Should have good communication, presentation and knowledge about AI systems which can increase productivity
-
Should collaborate with marketing for Event planning/coordination/getting crowd/CXO will also be one area
-
Basic understanding of contracting processes and commercial terms for software sales.

The candidate should also work with partners on existing leads

Excellent verbal and written English; comfortable coordinating across SEA/APAC time zones.

Strong organization, follow-through, and stakeholder-management skills.

Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
