We are looking for enthusiastic and confident candidates for our US Voice Process. The candidate will be responsible for handling international customer interactions, providing excellent support, resolving queries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound/outbound calls for US-based customers.
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customer queries.
- Maintain professionalism and excellent communication during calls.
- Understand customer requirements and assist accordingly.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and follow company processes.
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in night shifts.
- Basic computer knowledge required.
- Prior BPO/International Voice experience preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication skills can also apply.
