We are seeking a dedicated and technically skilled Solar Service Executive to oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of solar power systems. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of installed solar plants, providing technical support to customers, and maintaining high service standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesService & Maintenance
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of solar PV systems.
- Conduct routine inspections of solar panels, inverters, cables, and electrical components.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in solar power systems.
- Ensure optimal system performance and minimize downtime.
Site Visits & Technical Support
- Attend customer complaints and service requests promptly.
- Conduct on-site inspections and identify technical issues.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams for timely resolution of service concerns.
- Prepare service reports and maintenance records after each visit.
Installation Support
- Assist the installation team during commissioning and testing of solar systems.
- Verify system performance parameters during handover.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, inspections, and repairs.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service reports.
- Update service logs and customer feedback records.
Customer Relationship Management
- Provide technical guidance and support to customers.
- Educate customers on system operation and basic maintenance practices.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through professional service
Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹26,500.00 per month
