An Executive Assistant (EA) provides high-level, strategic administrative support to senior corporate leaders. Their core duties include managing complex calendars, screening communications, coordinating domestic and international travel, and handling confidential information. EAs also prep for meetings, draft correspondence, and act as the primary liaison between the executive and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Calendar & Schedule Management: Proactively manage calendars, prioritize meeting requests, and resolve scheduling conflicts with forward-thinking strategy.
- Gatekeeping & Communication: Screen and direct phone calls, draft emails, and manage the flow of information to protect the executive’s time.
- Travel Logistics: Coordinate intricate travel arrangements.
- Meeting & Event Coordination: Organize board and team meetings, prepare agendas, compile briefing materials, take meeting minutes, and coordinate corporate events.
- Reporting & Expense Management: Track daily expenses, prepare and submit expense reports, and format data into presentations, spreadsheets, and reports.
- Confidentiality: Maintain absolute discretion and sound judgment when handling highly sensitive corporate and personal information.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
