MIS Executive
Architecture & Interior Design Firm | Gurgaon | 2–5 years experience
We are looking for an MIS Executive to help management get a clear, data-driven view of the organisation and improve operational efficiency.
What you’ll do
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards and performance trackers for management.
- Collect and consolidate data from ClickUp, Excel/Google Sheets, Slack and other systems.
- Track project progress, deadlines, team performance and pending actions.
- Identify delays, gaps, trends and problem areas and flag them proactively.
- Analyse data and turn it into simple, actionable insights for management.
- Maintain data accuracy and reporting discipline across teams.
- Help automate repetitive reporting and processes and improve internal systems.
What we’re looking for
- 2–5 years of experience in MIS / data analysis / business reporting / operations.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Analytical, detail-oriented and highly organised.
- Good at spotting patterns and identifying problems.
- Comfortable working with multiple teams and following up for information.
- Tech-savvy and interested in automation/AI.
- Experience with ClickUp, Power BI/Looker Studio or similar tools is a plus.
- Experience in architecture, interior design, construction or other project-based businesses is a plus.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
