4. Budgeting and Cost Control:
Develop and manage budgets for production operations.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to control expenses.
5. Team Leadership:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of production supervisors, operators, and other staff.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
6. Safety and Compliance:
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Implement and enforce safety protocols to create a secure working environment.
7. Continuous Improvement:
Identify areas for process improvement and implement strategies to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

5. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
6. Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams.
7. Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory tracking and reporting.
