Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and motivated PHP Developer to develop, maintain, and enhance the organization’s websites, web applications, school management systems, and internal digital platforms. The candidate should have strong knowledge of PHP, databases, and web development technologies and be able to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and enhance web applications using PHP.
- Work with frameworks such as Laravel, CodeIgniter, or similar frameworks.
- Develop and maintain MySQL databases, including queries, tables, and database optimization.
- Create responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
- Integrate third-party APIs and payment gateways when required.
- Maintain and improve existing school/HR/attendance/admission management systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application bugs and technical issues.
- Ensure website and application security, performance, and reliability.
- Perform regular testing, debugging, and code optimization.
- Coordinate with HR, Admissions, Academics, Finance, and Administration teams to understand system requirements.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and customized modules based on organizational requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation of applications, databases, and technical processes.
- Manage website updates, hosting, backups, and basic server-related activities where required.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned IT projects and development tasks.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Core PHP.
- Good experience with Laravel / CodeIgniter.
- Strong knowledge of MySQL.
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
- Experience with REST APIs and API integrations.
- Knowledge of Git/version control.
- Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of website security and database management.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with WordPress.
- Knowledge of React.js / Vue.js is an advantage.
- Experience in developing school management, ERP, HRMS, CRM, or education-related applications.
- Knowledge of cloud hosting/server management is an added advantage.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant PHP development experience.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
