Job Summary
Gmark is looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong content planning skills, a good understanding of audience engagement, and experience in executing social media campaigns that drive brand awareness and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals
- Manage and grow company profiles on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms
- Create engaging content including posts, captions, reels, and campaign ideas
- Plan monthly content calendars and coordinate with the design/video team
- Monitor trends, competitor activity, and audience engagement
- Run paid social media campaigns and track performance metrics
- Analyze insights and prepare monthly performance reports
- Respond to comments, messages, and customer interactions professionally
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams for promotional campaigns
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube marketing
- Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar
- Basic knowledge of paid ads and analytics
- Excellent communication and creative writing skills
- Ability to work onsite in Guntur
Preferred Skills
- Graphic designing or video editing knowledge is a plus
- Experience in branding and campaign planning
- Knowledge of current social media trends and algorithms
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
