Job Summary
Nova IVF Fertility Center is looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation of our fertility center's equipment, utilities, and facilities. The ideal candidate should have experience in preventive and corrective maintenance, electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, and facility upkeep. Experience in hospitals, healthcare facilities, laboratories, or commercial buildings is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and utility systems.
- Maintain HVAC, air conditioning, plumbing, lighting, and electrical systems.
- Inspect equipment regularly and identify maintenance requirements.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults and perform timely repairs.
- Maintain DG sets, UPS systems, water pumps, and basic utility equipment.
- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and annual maintenance contracts (AMCs).
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company maintenance procedures.
- Maintain maintenance logs, service reports, and equipment records.
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests.
- Support facility improvement projects and ensure minimal downtime.

Required Qualifications
- ITI (Electrician/Fitter), Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of maintenance experience.
- Experience in hospitals, healthcare, pharmaceutical, laboratory, or commercial facilities is an advantage.
- Knowledge of electrical panels, wiring, HVAC systems, plumbing, and utility equipment.
- Basic computer skills for maintenance reporting.
- Ability to work independently and respond to emergency breakdowns.
