Required Qualification & Experience Details:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, Media, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in marketing, brand activations, social media management, or event coordination.
- Experience in planning and executing campaigns, conferences, or school engagement activities.
Required Skills:
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet monthly timelines and targets.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, social media platforms, reporting trackers, and engagement analytics.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Social media planning, content coordination, and audience engagement skills.
- Event management and on-ground activation coordination abilities.
- Creative thinking with the ability to design impactful campaigns and engagement ideas.
Analytical and reporting skills to track performance, engagement, and campaign outcomes.

Key Deliverables:
- Build visibility for “TheTeacherApp” across educator communities.
- Strengthen partnerships through offline and online engagement.
- Ensure consistent brand communication across channels.
- Support campaign planning aligned to NEP and teacher development themes.
- Drive community engagement through innovative outreach initiatives.
Any other task required to accomplish above responsibilities or assigned by the manager.
