Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Automobile Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling passenger vehicles, understanding customer needs, providing product demonstrations, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the sales process. The candidate should be target-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about the automobile industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and develop new sales opportunities through walk-in customers, referrals, field visits, and digital leads.
- Engage with prospective customers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable vehicle models.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets assigned by the company.
- Prepare quotations and explain pricing, finance options, insurance, exchange offers, and promotional schemes.
- Assist customers with booking, documentation, registration, and vehicle delivery processes.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up with leads and enquiries to maximize sales conversion.
- Coordinate with the finance, insurance, service, and delivery teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update all sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about new vehicle models, product updates, competitor offerings, and market trends.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective pre-sales and post-sales support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–4 years of experience in automobile sales or a similar sales role.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer relationship management and sales closing skills.
- Target-driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driving license is preferred.
