Job Overview
We are looking for a result-oriented and persistent Debt Recovery Specialist to join our team in Viman Nagar. In this role, you will be responsible for recovering outstanding debts from customers while maintaining a professional and ethical approach. Key Responsibilities
- Customer Outreach: Contact debtors via telephone to notify them of overdue payments and encourage timely settlement.
- Negotiation: Negotiate payment plans or settlements that are mutually beneficial for the company and the customer.
- Relationship Management: Build rapport with customers to understand their financial situations while remaining firm on recovery goals.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of all interactions, payment commitments, and collection progress in the CRM.
- Target Achievement: Meet and exceed daily/monthly collection targets to maximize incentive earnings.
- Compliance: Ensure all recovery activities strictly follow legal guidelines and the company’s code of conduct (RBI/Fair Practices).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: 12th Pass or Graduate in any stream.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills in Hindi and English (Knowledge of Marathi is a plus).
- Persuasion: Excellent negotiation and convincing skills to handle difficult conversations.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejection and remain calm under pressure.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome; 6 months to 1 year of experience in BPO, Collections, or Sales is a distinct advantage.
