Job Summary
The Service Advisor acts as the primary point of contact between customers and the service team. The role involves receiving vehicles for service, understanding customer concerns, preparing job cards, coordinating with technicians, providing service updates, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
· Greet customers and understand vehicle service requirements.
· Inspect vehicles and accurately record customer complaints.
· Create job cards and explain service procedures, timelines, and costs.
· Coordinate with technicians for diagnosis and repair activities.
· Keep customers informed about service progress and additional repair requirements.
· Deliver vehicles after service and explain work completed.
· Ensure timely closure of service jobs and proper documentation.
· Handle customer queries, complaints, and warranty-related concerns.
· Maintain service records and update CRM systems.
· Ensure high customer satisfaction and adherence to service standards.
Qualifications
· Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Automobile, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
· 1–3 years of experience in automotive or EV service (freshers with relevant technical qualifications may also be considered).
· Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred.

· Basic technical knowledge of two-wheelers and EVs.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
