We are seeking an experienced Post-Tensioning Supervisor to join our growing team and oversee post-tensioning operations on construction projects across Kerala.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Supervise installation and stressing of post-tensioning systems
✔ Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project managers
✔ Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
✔ Monitor daily site activities and workforce productivity
✔ Maintain project records and progress reports
✔ Resolve site execution issues and ensure timely completion of works
Requirements:
✅ Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering or related field
✅ Minimum 3–5 years of experience in post-tensioning works/site supervision
✅ Strong knowledge of PT systems, stressing procedures, and site execution
✅ Ability to manage teams and coordinate multiple activities on site
✅ Willingness to travel across project locations in Kerala
