Job Title: Head – HSE (Industrial Projects)
Location: Pune / Gurugram (Base Location)
Travel: Extensive travel and stay at project sites across India as per project requirements. Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Head – HSE to lead and manage the Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) function for our industrial projects across India.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HSE strategies, ensuring statutory compliance, managing HSE teams, and driving a strong safety culture throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the complete HSE function across all project locations.
Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety management systems.
Ensure compliance with all applicable HSE laws, client requirements, and statutory regulations. Manage and mentor HSE manpower across multiple project sites.
Oversee all HSE documentation, reports, audits, inspections, and compliance records. Conduct regular safety reviews, risk assessments, incident investigations, and implement corrective actions.
Coordinate with project teams to ensure effective implementation of HSE standards. Work closely with the Recruitment/HR team for HSE manpower planning, hiring, mobilization, and deployment.
Conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities on all HSE-related matters. Promote a proactive safety culture and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering with a recognized qualification in Health & Safety (NEBOSH, ADIS, Diploma in Industrial Safety, or equivalent preferred).
15–20 years of experience in HSE management for industrial/EPC/construction projects. Proven experience in leading HSE teams across multiple project locations.
Strong knowledge of Indian HSE regulations, statutory compliance, and client safety standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively and stay at project sites as required.
Pay: ₹125,000.00 - ₹160,000.00 per month
