Nair Systems is currently looking for Senior / Expert Copilot Engineer (Microsoft 365 Copilot) for our UAE operations.
Preferred Qualifications
· Experience in AI adoption programs or enterprise digital transformation initiatives.
· Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI).
· Familiarity with enterprise security, data governance, and compliance in AI solutions.
· Certification in Microsoft AI, Copilot, or related cloud technologies.
Required Skills
· Strong experience in Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio (minimum 4+ years of relevant experience).
· Hands-on experience in AI agent design, prompt engineering, and workflow automation.
· Strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Platform.
· Experience working in enterprise environments and supporting digital transformation initiatives.
· Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Proven experience in delivering training sessions, workshops, Copilot clinics, and user enablement programs.
· Experience in driving enterprise-wide Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption by embedding AI into business workflows to improve productivity and promote an AI-first culture.
· Expertise in designing and implementing Copilot solutions, including custom Copilot agents, connectors, secure data integration, and Copilot Studio configurations.
· Strong stakeholder collaboration skills with the ability to work with business users, senior leadership, and IT teams to define use cases and translate them into scalable AI solutions.
· Ability to drive AI adoption outcomes by measuring productivity gains, refining use cases based on feedback, and supporting change management for sustained adoption and value realization.
