Salary Range -₹25,000 – ₹28,000/month

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Customer Experience Executive who will manage customer communication from order placement to delivery, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
The role also involves handling customer queries across calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media, along with coordination between internal teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage end-to-end customer communication
- Provide timely updates on orders and deliveries
- Handle customer queries across multiple channels
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
- Maintain accurate records of interactions
- Support basic social media customer engagement
REQUIREMENTS
- Graduate with 2+ years in customer service/support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with calls, WhatsApp, email & social media
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills
- Age: 22–32 years preferred
- Ability to join immediately preferred
