Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Jr. Executive – Sales & Logistics to support our outbound logistics operations. The role involves managing dispatch documentation, coordinating shipments, tracking deliveries, maintaining logistics records, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment while working closely with internal teams and logistics partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain dispatch documents, including Delivery Challans, Invoices, E-way Bills, and other logistics documentation.
- Coordinate daily dispatch activities, including packing, labeling, shipment scheduling, and transporter/courier bookings.
- Track shipments, monitor delivery status, follow up with transporters, and ensure timely delivery with POD collection.
- Update ERP/logistics systems with dispatch, shipment, tracking, and inventory-related information.
- Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Operations, and logistics partners to ensure smooth order execution.
- Ensure proper packaging, labeling, and compliance with customer delivery requirements and company standards.
- Handle reverse logistics, return shipments, and related documentation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics reports (MIS), dispatch trackers, and freight reports.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance logistics efficiency, documentation accuracy, and customer service.
Qualifications
- MBA / BBA / Bachelor's Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
Required Skills
- Basic understanding of logistics, supply chain, dispatch, and transportation processes.
- Knowledge of Delivery Challans, E-way Bills, courier documentation, and shipment tracking.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (preferred).
- Good communication, coordination, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
