3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in AI-driven applications
Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability, and accessibility
Ability to conduct user research, analyze feedback, and iterate on designs
Familiarity with front-end development concepts (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus
Experience working with AI-enhanced UI features, data visualization, or conversational interfaces is a plus
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Experience designing AI-driven user experiences or chatbot interfaces
Knowledge of motion design, animations, and micro-interactions
Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
Preferred skills include AI UX best practices, ethical considerations in AI-driven design, and principles of human-AI interaction
Proficiency in AI-powered personalization, LLM-based UI experiences, and designing for AI-driven decision-making to align with emerging trends
