Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Manager – HR to lead and manage the organization's human resource functions. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in talent acquisition, performance management systems, employee engagement, statutory compliance, and HR operations. Experience in manufacturing, trading, retail, or FMCG environments will be highly preferred.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead end-to-end recruitment activities across various functions and levels.
- Drive high-volume and fast-paced recruitment initiatives to support business growth.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and workforce planning needs.
Performance Management
- Design, implement, and manage Performance Management Systems (PMS).
- Drive goal setting, performance reviews, appraisal cycles, and employee development initiatives.
- Monitor and improve organizational productivity through performance-driven practices.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Oversee HR operations including onboarding, attendance, leave management, employee records, and exit processes.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate payroll inputs and support payroll administration.
Employee Relations & Engagement
- Foster a positive work culture and employee engagement initiatives.
- Address employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Support leadership in organizational development and change management initiatives.
Policy Development & HR Strategy
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Align HR strategies with business objectives and organizational growth plans.
- Generate HR MIS reports and provide insights to management for decision-making.
Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related discipline.
- 10–15 years of progressive HR experience.
- Prior experience in Manufacturing, Trading, Retail, or FMCG sectors preferred.
- Proven expertise in fast-paced recruitment environments and manpower scaling.
- Strong knowledge of Performance Management Systems (PMS) and employee development frameworks.
- Sound understanding of labor laws, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in HRMS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
