As we scale fast, we're looking for a sharp HR & Talent Acquisition person to help build our core team.
This is NOT a typical corporate HR role. We need someone who can hire fast, manage people smartly, and help founders build a strong startup culture.

You will help us hire and manage:
Video Editors
Content Creators
Voice Over Artists
Social Media Team
Performance Marketers
Operations Team
Regional Language Creators
✅ WHAT YOU'LL DO
Post jobs & source candidates
Screen resumes & conduct initial calls
Schedule interviews & manage hiring pipeline
Handle onboarding & employee coordination
Maintain team discipline & reporting
Work directly with founders on hiring priorities
Help build a strong startup culture
✅WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
2–5 years HR / hiring experience
Startup mindset is important
Fast execution & good communication
Hindi + English speaking preferred
Should understand creative/content hiring
Someone who can handle startup pressure & speed
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
