Position: Site Engineer – AMC (CCTV, Data Networking & Telephone Systems)
Location: Panchkula
Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers with relevant technical knowledge may also apply)
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of CCTV, Data Networking, and Telephone systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve faults in IP cameras, NVRs, network switches, structured cabling, and EPABX/IP-PBX systems.
- Attend service calls and ensure timely issue resolution as per SLA.
- Carry out routine system health checks, firmware updates, and configuration backups.
- Maintain service reports, maintenance records, and client documentation.
- Coordinate with clients and OEM support teams for technical issues and warranty replacements.
- Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction during AMC visits.
Requirements:
Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics or a related field.
Basic knowledge of CCTV, Networking, Structured Cabling, and Telephone Systems.
Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
Willingness to travel for site visits.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
