Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Textile Follow-up Executive to coordinate and monitor the fabric dyeing process with external dyeing mills. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely fabric dispatch, on-time delivery, accurate shade matching, quality compliance, and regular follow-up with dyeing units to support smooth production operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the dispatch of greige fabric to dyeing mills as per the production schedule.
- Ensure timely delivery of dyed fabric to meet production deadlines.
- Regularly follow up with dyeing mills to monitor processing status and avoid delays.
- Verify that dyed fabric meets the approved colour, shade, and quality standards.
- Conduct fabric inspections at dyeing mills to ensure process compliance and quality.
- Coordinate with the Merchandising, Production, and Quality teams regarding dyeing status and delivery schedules.
- Resolve issues related to shade variation, dyeing defects, and processing delays.
- Maintain records of fabric dispatch, dyeing status, approvals, and deliveries.
- Ensure proper communication with dyeing vendors for smooth execution of orders.
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure adherence to quality and delivery commitments.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of textile dyeing processes, fabric properties, and colour matching.
- Understanding of dyeing defects, shade variations, and quality standards.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and communication skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve processing and quality-related issues.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and maintaining production/follow-up reports.
- Willingness to travel frequently to dyeing mills.
Educational Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Textile Engineering, Textile Technology, or any relevant field.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Hands-on exposure to fabric dyeing operations and vendor coordination.
- Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused approach.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
