Counsel students regarding training programs, internships, certifications, and career development opportunities offered by CORNIXE. Generate and qualify leads through various sales and marketing initiatives. Follow up with inquiries and convert potential leads into enrollments. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve monthly enrollment targets. Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, educational institutions, and corporate partners. Conduct product demonstrations, career guidance sessions, and program presentations when required. Update and maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and enrollments in CRM systems. Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth student onboarding. Participate in educational events, webinars, seminars, workshops, and promotional activities. Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to support business growth strategies. Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the enrollment process. Required Qualifications Any Degree Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, Management, or any relevant discipline (Preferred) . Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply. 0–3 years of experience in sales, counseling, business development, customer relationship management, or EdTech sales is preferred.Required Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
