HamBOLDS Pvt Ltd (A Sister Concern of Sun Chem India) is hiring an IT Support Engineer to manage day-to-day IT operations and provide technical support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for laptops, desktops, printers, networks, and software.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, internet, and email-related issues.
- Manage IT assets, user accounts, and system access.
- Coordinate with vendors for IT procurement, rentals, repairs, and maintenance.
- Maintain IT infrastructure, data backups, and security systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in IT Support, System Administration, or IT Infrastructure.
- Knowledge of Windows OS, LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, hardware, software, and basic server administration.
- Experience in vendor management, IT procurement, and asset management.
- Good troubleshooting and communication skills.
Industry Preference: FMCG, Cosmetics, Manufacturing, or similar industries
Location: Goregaon West, Mumbai (6 DaysWorking)
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
