Key Responsibilities
- Counsel prospective students regarding BankEdge courses and career opportunities.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate admissions.
- Understand students' educational background and recommend suitable programs.
- Explain course features, fee structure, scholarships, and admission process.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
- Convert inquiries into admissions by providing effective counseling.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the admissions and operations teams for smooth enrollment.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Build strong relationships with students and parents.
- Resolve student queries professionally and promptly.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
