Job Title: HR Generalist
Location: Thane, Mumbai
Experience Required: 4+ Years
Compensation: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month
Work Mode: Onsite (Monday to Saturday)
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced HR professional who can independently manage end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in payroll, statutory compliance, and core HR functions, along with the ability to efficiently manage the complete employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Payroll Management:
- Handle end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and timeliness
- Ensure compliance with statutory deductions such as PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, etc.
- Manage payroll records, salary structures, and revisions
2. Statutory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all labor laws and statutory requirements
- Manage PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, and other statutory filings
- Coordinate with consultants/auditors for compliance and audits
- Maintain proper documentation and records for inspections
3. HR Operations:
- Manage employee onboarding and exit processes (FnF settlements)
- Maintain employee records, HRMIS, and documentation
- Draft and issue offer letters, appointment letters, and HR policies
4. Employee Lifecycle Management:
- Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and benefits
- Manage attendance, leaves, and employee data
- Support performance management processes
5. Recruitment & Coordination:
- Assist in hiring processes including screening and coordination
- Work closely with hiring managers for manpower planning
6. Policy & Process Implementation:
- Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs
- Ensure smooth HR operations aligned with company policies
Key Skills & Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in HR operations and compliance
- Strong knowledge of Payroll, PF, ESIC, and labor laws
- Hands-on experience with HRMS and payroll systems
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities
