Responsibilities
- Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans.
- Create a welcoming and safe classroom environment.
- Monitor and track students' developmental progress.
- Engage children in various learning activities, including art, music, storytelling, and physical exercises.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and needs.
- Maintain classroom discipline and manage student behavior.
- Collaborate with other educators and staff members.
- Prepare and maintain educational resources and materials.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- State certification and/or teaching license for early childhood education.
- Previous experience working with young children, preferably in a preschool setting.
- Strong understanding of child development and early education techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching young children.
