- Looking for an experienced HR Manager with 7–12 years of experience in IT/Software companies to manage end-to-end HR operations.
- Must have strong experience in Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Performance Management, HR Policies, Payroll Coordination, Compliance, and Employee Relations.
- Should have independently managed HR functions for 80+ employees and worked closely with leadership teams on people strategy and organizational growth.
- Excellent communication skills, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to build a positive workplace culture.
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
