We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IB Diploma Programme (IBDP) Coordinator to lead and manage the successful implementation of the IB Diploma Programme. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, curriculum planning, and stakeholder management skills, with a thorough understanding of IB standards and practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, implementation, and continuous development of the IB Diploma Programme.
- Ensure compliance with IB standards, practices, and assessment requirements.
- Guide and mentor IBDP faculty in curriculum planning, teaching methodologies, and assessment practices.
Eligibility Criteria
- Master's Degree in a relevant discipline (Regular).
- B.Ed. from a recognized institution.
- IB DP Coordinator certification/training will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 5–8 years of teaching experience, with at least 2–3 years of experience as an IB DP Coordinator or Academic Coordinator.
- Thorough knowledge of IB Diploma Programme curriculum, assessment, and authorization processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred: Candidates residing in or near Ghaziabad, Noida, Delhi, or nearby NCR locations
