We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Experienced Mobile Shop Salesman to join our retail team. Key Responsibilities
Consultative Selling: Greet customers, understand their specific needs and budget, and present the right mobile devices, data plans, and carrier options.
Hit Sales Targets: Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for device sales, accessories, and extended warranties/insurance.
Tech Demonstrations: Demonstrate a deep, up-to-date knowledge of current smartphone specifications (e.g., camera features, processor speeds, battery capacities) to explain the value of premium models.
Customer Onboarding: Assist customers with data migration (transferring contacts, photos, and apps from old devices to new ones) and basic troubleshooting.
Store Operations: Maintain visual merchandising standards, handle cash/POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately, and assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of successful sales experience specifically in a mobile shop, electronics retail, or telecom carrier environment.
Tech-Savvy: Comprehensive knowledge of Apple iOS and Android platforms, carrier networks, and popular mobile accessories.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify technical jargon for everyday users.
Triggers & Closing: Proven ability to handle objections, cross-sell accessories, upsell to premium models, and close deals efficiently.
Availability: Flexible schedule, including readiness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays to match peak retail hours.
