Manage day-to-day Industrial Relations (IR) and employee relations activities.
Maintain harmonious relationships with workmen, trade unions, employee representatives, and contractors.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, misconduct cases, and domestic enquiries.
Manage trade union negotiations, collective bargaining, settlements, and IR-related discussions.
Monitor absenteeism, manpower deployment, workforce discipline, productivity, and employee issues.
Identify and proactively address potential industrial disputes and labour unrest.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, employment laws, and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with Labour Department, Labour Commissioner, Factory Inspectorate, ESIC, EPFO, District Administration, Police, and other government authorities.
Handle government liaisoning and maintain professional relationships with relevant government departments.
Coordinate and facilitate government inspections, visits, notices, queries, and statutory communications.
Manage applications, registrations, licences, renewals, returns, approvals, and other statutory submissions.
