Sales & Marketing Executive / Course Counsellor – Roles & Responsibilities
- Generate student enquiries through online and offline marketing activities.
- Counsel prospective students and parents regarding available courses, career opportunities, and admission procedures.
- Follow up on enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and direct meetings.
- Convert leads into admissions by achieving monthly admission targets.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, admissions, and payments in the CRM or Excel.
- Coordinate with the digital marketing team to generate quality leads.
- Conduct educational seminars, webinars, school/college visits, and promotional events.
- Build relationships with colleges, educational consultants, and other referral partners.
- Prepare and share course brochures, fee structures, and promotional materials with prospective students.
- Assist students with registration, documentation, and admission formalities.
- Handle student queries professionally and provide timely support.
- Promote the institute through social media, local marketing campaigns, and networking activities.
- Collect student feedback and recommend improvements to management.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales and marketing reports.
- Coordinate with the academic team to ensure a smooth admission and onboarding process.
- Maintain confidentiality of student records and institute information.
- Represent the institute professionally and uphold its brand image at all times.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets as assigned by the management.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the management related to admissions, marketing, and business development.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
