Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Site Engineer to oversee bridge and building construction projects. The candidate will be responsible for site execution, quality control, planning, contractor coordination, client interactions, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
- Monitor bridge and building construction works as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Clients, and Subcontractors.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with project standards.
- Verify measurements, prepare bills, and maintain project records.
- Monitor material consumption and site productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Review drawings and resolve technical issues at site.
- Manage site manpower, equipment, and resources efficiently.
Requirements
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- 5–10 years of experience in bridge and building construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of RCC works, structural works, finishing works, and bridge construction methodologies.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project documentation.
- Good communication and team management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Government, Highway, Bridge, or Infrastructure Projects.
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance (QA/QC) procedures.
Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
