Job Summary:
Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and ensuring all positions are closed within the defined TAT, while maintaining quality hiring and smooth coordination with stakeholders.

Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding

Post job openings on job portals and social media

Screen, shortlist, and evaluate candidates

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers

Conduct initial screening and interviews

Handle bulk hiring and multiple positions at the same time

Maintain and update candidate database

Ensure regular follow-ups with candidates till joining

Close positions within the defined TAT (Turnaround Time)

Ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process

Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline

2–5 years of experience in recruitment

Experience in bulk hiring preferred

Strong communication and coordination skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines (TAT)

Good knowledge of job portals and sourcing channels
