Job Brief
We are seeking a structured and energetic HR to handle the daily administrative and operational functions of our HR department in Surat. You will be the go-to person for employee inquiries, policy implementation, compliance, and accurate record-keeping. Your goal is to ensure our HR operations run smoothly, legally, and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Administration: Maintain highly accurate digital and physical employee records (contracts, attendance, leaves) in our HRIS.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Post job openings, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and conduct onboarding for new hires.
- Employee Support: Serve as the first point of contact for staff queries regarding company policies, payroll inputs, and benefits.
- Compliance & Policy: Ensure company operations align with local labor laws and internal workplace regulations.
- Offboarding: Coordinate exit processes, conduct exit interviews, and manage final settlements.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Fresher to 1 years of experience as an HR Officer, HR Intern, or HR Assistant.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR is a plus).
- Tech Skills: Basic hands-on experience with HRIS software or MS Excel/Google Sheets for data management.
- Key Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, confidentiality, and fluent communication in English Hindi and Gujarati.
