We are seeking a sophisticated, results-driven Senior Sales Manager to lead our floor team and elevate our client experience.
What You’ll Do
As the Senior Sales Manager, you will command the showroom floor, driving revenue while maintaining the impeccable standards of a luxury brand. You will manage high-value client relationships and mentor a team of design-savvy sales consultants.
- Drive Revenue: Exceed personal and showroom sales targets through luxury consultative selling and relationship building.
- Lead & Mentor: Oversee the daily operations of the sales floor, coaching the team on luxury clienteling, closing techniques, and product knowledge.
- Clienteling & VIP Relations: Cultivate long-term relationships with private clients, custom buyers, and the local interior design community.
- Merchandising Excellence: Ensure the floor presentation remains flawless, on-brand, and visually inspiring at all times.
- Pipeline Management: Monitor CRM data, track sales pipelines, and report floor performance to executive leadership.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 5+ years of high-ticket retail sales experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role (luxury furniture, high-end fashion, jewelry, or premium real estate preferred).
- Design Savvy: A strong appreciation for interior design, architecture, and luxury lifestyle trends.
- Relationship Builder: Proven track record of cultivating a loyal client book and building design industry networks.
- Leadership Style: Poised, articulate, and capable of motivating a team by leading by example on the floor.
- Flexibility: Ability to work weekends and select holidays, matching peak luxury shopping hours.
