Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Record customer interactions and update details in the system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude while interacting with customers.
- Meet quality standards and productivity targets.
- Follow company policies, processes, and compliance guidelines.
- Work effectively in rotational shifts and collaborate with team members.
Required Skills
- Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
