Job Summary
We are looking for a Team Lead – Data Annotation with experience in handling annotation projects, managing teams, and coordinating with clients. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, leadership qualities, and hands-on annotation experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple data annotation projects and ensure timely delivery
- Lead and manage a team of around 30 members
- Maintain project quality and productivity targets
- Handle client communication and project coordination
- Train, guide, and support team members
- Conduct quality checks and resolve operational issues
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Data Annotation / Data Labeling
- Hands-on experience with tools such as CVAT, Roboflow, GT Studio, Label Studio, or similar annotation tools
- Experience in client handling is mandatory
- Excellent verbal communication & Leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience working with image, video, or multi-modal annotation projects
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Immediate joiners or candidates with notice periods up to 30 days preferred
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
