Key Responsibilities
- Deal Closure: Negotiate and close commercial property sales, handling objections and finalizing terms.
- Documentation & Compliance: Prepare, review, and verify all closing documents, including agreements,, and legal paperwork.
- Client Management: Act as the single point of contact for clients, ensuring a smooth experience.
- Transaction Management: Oversee the end-to-end process from booking to registration, including coordinating site visits.
- Financial Coordination: Collect payments on time and manage escrow/funding.
- MIS & Reporting: Maintain records and monitor sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience: Generally 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales or transactions.
- Negotiation Skills: Strong ability to convince and close high-value transactions.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of real estate laws, documentation, and market trends.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills.
- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
Targeted Skills: Lead conversion, payment collection, client servicing, post-sales support.
Common Requirements: Strong negotiation skills, and knowledge of local property regulations.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 per month
