Job Description – Admin Assistant Manager / Manager Position Title:
Job Summary:
The Admin Assistant Manager is responsible for supporting and managing daily administrative operations of the organization. The role includes office administration, vendor coordination, facility management, record maintenance, travel arrangements, asset management, and ensuring smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Administration
- Manage day-to-day administrative activities and office operations.
- Ensure smooth functioning of office facilities and workplace management.
- Maintain office records, files, documents, and administrative reports.
Facility & Asset Management
- Monitor office maintenance, housekeeping, security, and pantry management.
- Handle office assets, stationery, and inventory management.
- Coordinate AMC renewals and maintenance activities.
Vendor Coordination
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors.
- Negotiate with vendors for cost-effective services and purchases.
- Ensure timely processing of bills, invoices, and payments.
Travel & Event Coordination
- Arrange travel bookings, hotel accommodations, and transport for employees and management.
- Support in organizing meetings, conferences, and company events.
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain administrative policies, agreements, and licenses.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.
Team Coordination
- Support management in administrative planning and coordination.
- Supervise admin staff and ensure task completion within timelines.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of office administration and facility management
- Vendor management and negotiation skills
- MS Office proficiency (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Time management and multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving and organizational skills
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
- MBA / PGDM preferred
Experience:
- 4–8 years of experience in Administration or Facility Management
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in corporate office administration
- Ability to handle multiple administrative tasks efficiently
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills
- Leadership and team handling capability
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
