Aalayam Rehab Care is looking for passionate and dedicated Physiotherapists to join our Vadodara team at Sama Savli and Race Course centers.
Job Responsibilities
- Assess patients and identify their physical rehabilitation needs.
- Prepare and implement individualized physiotherapy treatment plans.
- Provide appropriate therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other physiotherapy techniques.
- Monitor patients' progress and modify treatment plans when required.
- Maintain accurate patient records and treatment documentation.
- Educate patients and their family members regarding exercises and rehabilitation.
- Coordinate with doctors and the clinical team for effective patient care.
- Maintain professional standards and ensure a positive patient experience.
Requirements
- BPT / MPT qualification from a recognized institution.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patient-focused and responsible approach.
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally.
