Key Responsibilities Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media platforms. Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates. Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers. Conduct initial HR screening calls. Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Support onboarding and documentation of new employees. Assist in preparing offer letters and other HR documents. Update employee records and maintain HR files. Help organize employee engagement activities and training sessions. Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned. Eligibility Criteria Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree (MBA in HR preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Willingness to learn recruitment and HR operations. Good organizational and time-management skills. Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month
