About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Housekeeping Executive to oversee daily housekeeping operations and ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction throughout the hotel.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate housekeeping staff and daily activities.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Monitor room readiness and coordinate with Front Office and Maintenance teams.
- Manage housekeeping supplies, linen, and inventory.
- Train, guide, and support housekeeping team members.
- Handle guest requests and resolve housekeeping-related concerns promptly.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety, and hygiene standards.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or a related field preferred.
- 3–5 years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hotel environment.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning standards, and inventory management.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
