Location: Indore (Extensive Travel Required Across India)

About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and scientifically inclined Lab Technician to support SVF (Stromal Vascular Fraction) Therapy procedures across empaneled hospitals. The role involves managing specialized SVF equipment, ensuring adherence to procedural protocols, coordinating with hospital teams, and assisting doctors during therapy procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel to empaneled hospitals across different cities as per procedure schedules.
- Transport and manage specialized SVF therapy equipment safely.
- Coordinate with hospital administration and OT teams regarding procedurerequirements.
- Set up SVF therapy machines inside the Operation Theatre (OT).
- Follow approved clinical and operational protocols of empaneled hospitals.
- Remain present during procedures and assist doctors as required.
- Perform centrifugation and SVF processing techniques under the supervision of treating doctors.
- Maintain strict aseptic and safety standards throughout the procedure.
- Handle installation, operation, and troubleshooting of SVF equipment.
- Conduct equipment checks before and after procedures.
- Ensure proper packing, dismantling, and transportation of machines after completion of therapy.
- Maintain equipment logs, procedure records, and compliance documentation.
Eligibility Criteria
B.Sc. (Biology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Life Sciences, Zoology, Botany, Biochemistry) or any Graduate from a Science Stream. DMLT/BMLT candidates may also be considered.
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures and centrifugation techniques
- Understanding of aseptic handling and OT protocols
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across India
- Ability to work flexible hours based on procedure schedules
- Physically fit to handle and transport medical equipment
