Telecaller – Real Estate
Aurenix Global Solutions is hiring a Telecaller – Real Estate for a reputed real estate company in Karnal, Haryana.
Location: Alpha International City, Karnal, Haryana
Work Location: On-site / In-person
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month + sales incentives
Job Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce available real estate projects.
- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp to understand their property requirements.
- Provide customers with basic information about projects, properties, pricing and offers.
- Identify interested prospects and generate qualified leads for the sales team.
- Schedule customer meetings and property/site visits when required.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers and update lead information.
- Build positive relationships with customers and respond to their queries professionally.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth follow-up and lead conversion.
- Maintain daily records of calls, follow-ups and customer responses.
- Work towards assigned calling and lead-generation targets.
Requirements
- Freshers with good communication skills are also welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in telecalling, customer support, inside sales, real estate sales or business development will be preferred.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Salary & Incentives:
₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month, depending on experience, plus applicable sales incentives.
