We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced TIG Welder with 3+ years of experience in fabricating and repairing metal components for our Machinery manufacturing factory located at Coimbatore.
Skills Required:
- Welding Processes: TIG (GTAW), MIG (GMAW), Stick (SMAW), etc.
- Materials: Steel, stainless steel, aluminum, other alloys.
- Equipment Operation: TIG welding machines, grinders, cutting torches, etc.
- Safety Procedures: Knowledge of PPE, safe welding practices, and hazard identification.
- Quality Control: Inspecting welds for defects, ensuring structural integrity.
- Material Preparation: Cutting, grinding, and cleaning metal components.
- Equipment Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance and minor repairs on welding equipment.
- Fabrication: Assembling and fitting custom metal parts.
