· zSystems mainframe Network System programmer responsible for configuration, tuning, and troubleshooting of VTAM and TCPIP. Responsibilities also include installation and support of Connect:Direct/NDM. Ability to set up and troubleshoot native file transfer products such as FTP, SFTP, and FTPS using TLS
· Experience with Policy Agent configuration.
· Potential challenges of the role
o Serve in an on call rotation that will require working on some weekends during maintenance change windows.
· Required and preferred qualifications
o Minimal 10 years experience configuring and troubleshooting zSeries Communication Services VTAM, TCPIP, TN3270. (Required).
o Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools such as Netview, Mainview or Omegamon. (Required)
o Familiarity with Connect:Direct and Connect:Direct File Agent (Optional)
o Experienced in the use of SMPE (Optional)
o Experience in the use of REXX and/or Netview REXX. (Optional)
o Ability to use AI tools to analyze data and provide recommendations and implement solutions.
o Ability to use M365 Copilot AI to recap meetings and draft emails
o Ability to stay educated in the role of AI for a LinuxOne System Programmer

Pay: ₹230,722.11 - ₹1,171,794.56 per year
