Job Description:
We are looking for a confident and client-focused Accounts Manager who will act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) between clients and our internal digital marketing and creative teams. The candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, providing suitable digital advertising suggestions, coordinating with designers and Ads Managers, and ensuring smooth communication and execution of client work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary SPOC for assigned clients, maintaining regular communication through calls, meetings, emails, and client WhatsApp groups.
- Understand client requirements and business goals and communicate them clearly to the relevant team members, including Graphic Designers and Ads Managers regarding campaign requiremnts, budgets, creatives, posts, client expectations and others.
- Advise clients on suitable digital marketing and advertising solutions, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, WhatsApp Ads, and other relevant platforms
- Provide quality suggestions and campaign recommendations with a focus on generating better leads, conversions, and overall ROI for clients.
- Handle social media accounts of assigned clients and coordinate content, creatives, posting requirements, and campaign-related activities.
- Monitor client satisfaction, identify issues, and coordinate with the team for timely resolution.
- Managing the team to ensure smooth Execution of the project
- Maintain proper records of client requirements, discussions, feedback, approvals, and ongoing work.
Required Skills:
- 1. Good Knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including GMB.
- 2. Good Knowledge of google and meta ads
- 3. Understanding of WhatsApp marketing will be an advantange
- 4. Excellent communication skill
- 5. Strong client-handling and relationship-management skills.
- 6. Ability to handle team
Qualifications:
Graduation in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
