Job Title: Tele calling Executive (Patient Coordinator)

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a smart, polite, and organized Telecaller to manage incoming patient inquiries, appointment bookings, outbound calling and follow-ups. You’ll be the first point of contact for our patients—whether they’re calling with a concern, a question, or to schedule a consultation. A pleasant voice, empathy, and clarity in communication are key!
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and inquiries professionally
- Explain treatments, doctor availability, and pricing clearly to patients
- Book and confirm appointments
- Follow up with patients pre- and post-treatment
- Maintain patient records and update CRM or clinic software
- Support front desk operations and coordinate with clinical staff
- Assist with occasional social media replies or content forwarding
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Telecaller, Receptionist, or in Customer Service preferred
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
- Confident phone etiquette and good listening skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Basic computer skills (Excel, Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, etc.)
- Experience with healthcare or dermatology clinics is a plus
Qualifications:
- Minimum: 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline
- 1–3 years of experience preferred (Freshers with strong communication welcome)
Salary & Benefits:
- Pay: ₹ 20,000 – ₹25,000/month (based on experience)
